Open Editorial Newsroom Studio
Sign in to create, edit, or publish breaking news, investigative reporting, and video packages. Authenticate with your assigned newsroom credentials for project cgcw2i33.
Editorial Roles & Permissions
For enterprise production media security, user authentication is managed via Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Passwords are never stored in plaintext or exposed client-side.
Administrator
Full control over editorial schemas, desk configurations, dataset backups, API tokens, and user credentials.
Senior Editor
Can draft, edit, review reporter submissions, and publish stories and video content live to the global audience.
Reporter / Contributor
Draft stories, file leads, upload footage, and submit for editorial verification before publication.
Inviting Team Members (3–4 Logins)
To grant credentials to your editorial staff:
- Go to Sanity Project Team Settings.
- Click "Invite members".
- Enter the editor's email address and assign their role (e.g. Editor or Administrator).
- They will receive a secure single-sign-on invitation email to set their login credentials.
Local / Dedicated Studio Hosting
The Studio codebase is also available in this repository under /studio. You can run it locally with:
cd studio
npm run dev
It opens at http://localhost:3333 where team members can log in directly.
